This unit has central heat and A/C in the two downstairs bedrooms and all rooms have ceiling fans. First floor has a screened porch, a large vaulted knotty pine ceiling family room with color TV, VCR, DVD and a Gas Log Fireplace Stove unit, fully appliance kitchen with ( microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc.). Downstairs two bedrooms with queen size beds as well as two full baths.  Upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a full and a twin bed and the other has a queen bed.  Outside there is a gas grill, picnic table, large lawn area and use of two swimming beaches and boat docks.
