This unit has central heat and A/C and all rooms have ceiling fans.  First floor has a screened porch, a large vaulted ceiling, family room with color TV, VCR, DVD and Gas Log Fireplace unit, fully appliance kitchen with ( microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc.), Two bedrooms with queen size beds.  As well as one full bath.  Upstairs has another full bath and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. Outside there is a gas grill, picnic table, large lawn area and use of two swimming beaches and boat docks.
